I have been an Endurance Athlete for about five years and it has become my passion. I have an Associates Degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science. I have been leading athletes informally for about 11 years and now with the experience and knowledge I have gained I want to help out the everyday athlete. I originally started with Endurance MTB Races, I then began doing Triathlons with great success. I know have started running Ultra Endurance Races. So my experience has a broad base. I am a very competitive AG athlete, typically I finish on the Podium. I have done Triathlons everywhere from sprint to Half-Ironman. Road Races from 5K to full Marathons. I have completed 50K Ultras and 55-mile Ultras. I can bring my knowledge and skills to you and help you be successful in your goal to accomplish whatever distance race.
